How Intentwise helped:

The challenge:

Since its founding in 2014, the e-commerce agency RivellePro went from a “mom-and-pop shop” to one of the fastest-growing businesses in e-commerce. 

It happened fast. RivellePro rapidly onboarded top clients in the consumables space—and, over a period of just three years, its revenue increased 30x

RivellePro wanted to mine and leverage historical client data in order to improve future performance—but as it grew, it realized it didn’t have the bandwidth to oversee all of that client data alone. 

RivellePro needed a partner that could scale with it.

The solution: 

In December 2020, RivellePro switched to Intentwise, with the aim of increasing incremental sales for its fast-growing roster of clients. 

The Intentwise Ad Optimizer delivered on those goals. For the first eight months of 2022, compared to the same time period last year, RivellePro’s brands overall experienced an 84% increase in New-To-Brand orders, a 37% increase in overall orders, and a 10% increase in ROAS.

The company has celebrated wins on big sales days, too. On Prime Day 2022, RivellePro’s brands overall saw an increase of 105% in ad revenue and a 28% decrease in ACOS compared to recent years. 

Showcasing those achievements for clients is easier now, too. With Intentwise Analytics Cloud, RivellePro has been able to visualize its results in Looker Studio, generating reports for clients that are “a lot cleaner and a lot easier to use than Amazon's reports,” said Tim Frailly, CEO of RivellePro. “The high-level sales and marketing KPIs—it's there where I can have an intelligent conversation with our brands.” 

Thanks to Intentwise, the company can focus less on the technical minutiae of Amazon and more on innovating for its clients. Intentwise keeps pace with the rapidly shifting Amazon landscape for it.
