Established in 2006, RevitaLash Cosmetics is a physical-led, award-winning line of eyelash, eyebrow, and hair-focused cosmetics. The company sells 25 unique products on Amazon Premium Beauty, including cruelty-free brow and lash conditioning serums and mascaras. Since its founding, RevitaLash has supported breast cancer research and education initiatives.

The Challenge: Managing Amazon’s Complex Search Marketing Engine

Natalie Sanchez, digital and ecommerce manager for RevitaLash, sought to expand the company’s customer base through search-based marketing. Still, it was proving to be a difficult strategy for her small team to execute on its own. Optimizing the ads was time-consuming and burdensome to manage, and they did not always get it right. Sanchez knew there were tools that could make a massive difference in terms of time, resources, and return on ad spend. The RevitaLash team was surprised at how simple it was to get started with Intentwise’s thoughtful onboarding process, which did not require a lot of technical ability. “They took the time to really train us on how to use the backend of the platform,” Sanchez says. “And they were always available when we had questions.”

The goal was to leverage the platform to optimize search-sponsored campaigns and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS) across all of RevitaLash’s stock-keeping units (SKUs). The tools on the platform helped the team mine through the data to identify and optimize keywords that were working and de-prioritize those that were not, in a very easy-to-understand way.

The Results: Optimized Keywords Driving Sales Growth

The campaign was a great success. The Intentwise platform helped RevitaLash execute its non-branded campaign while maintaining the company’s target advertising cost of sales (ACoS). Along the way, the platform made it easy for RevitaLash to optimize for its target ACoS across all keywords while also driving toward sales goals.
